These are unprecedented times. Like many of you, the well-being of our employees, clients, friends and families is our first priority. This page will be updated regularly with our latest news on our COVID-19 response.
On Monday, March 9th we suspended all business travel and starting Monday March 16th, we implemented a mandatory work from home policy for all office employees.
Our factory in Texas continues to operate and we are working in shifts and reconfigurations, with 9' high physical separations for maximum safety of the team. These teams are working overtime every day and Saturdays to keep up with demand and will have separate entrances, exits, break and lunch areas and bathrooms.
We are staying close to our supplier partners to ensure that we maintain an inventory position that enables uninterrupted support for your projects.
Our Customer Service, Product Support and Sales teams are fully engaged and equipped to support your needs seamlessly. We are not having in person visits right now, but we are available to you via phone or audio/ video conferencing. Just let us know. Lucifer Lighting is flexible and nimble. We see challenges as opportunities and we're ready to take it on.
